I would like to bring to your kind notice and consideration the following few lines:
1. My mother Smt. V. Krishnaveni who is 80+ now has purchased a vacant plot No. 16, extent: 143 sq yards situated in R.S. No. 378/4 and 5, Gollapudi Village Panchayath, Jakkampudi, Vijayawada Rurarl Mandal, in 1991. A sale deed was executed to this effect.
2. The Govt. of AP acquired this land under JNNURM scheme and Government has issued a G.O. 875 to allot land to the land holders instead of cash compensation.
The copies of relevant documents are attached herewith. Till date no land has been registered on her name . There are some more owners to whom the land was promised to be registered on their names.
I beg you to kindly look into the matter and see that the land is registered under her name. Its her dream since 1991 that she owns some property on her name. Now she is very old and we children could not pursue this issue due to our own busy schedule.
