Dear Village Secretary

I would like to congratulate you on getting a job offer as a consequence of the honourable chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, Shri Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy Garu, making a smart decision. I am appreciative to the Honorable Chief Minister for acknowledging the agony faced by Andhra Pradesh’s unemployed population.

I apologize profusely, dear village secretary, for saying this. I believe you are unfit for this position as the Chief Minister’s goals are not being met. The establishment of this village secretariat system was done with the intention of swiftly and fairly resolving community issues.

My mother (Smt. Aseervadamma Reddithota) requested a survey of her home plot in Korrapadu, Rajupalem (mandal), Proddatur (Taluk), YSR District. Her age is 76 years. She went to the village secretariat numerous times and to Rajupalem Mondal MRO three times. My mother and I also visited the Village Secretariat twice and the Rajupalem MRO office once. Her housing plot is occupied by surrounding residents. If anything happened to my mother, you are the responsible. We are doing jobs in various countries.
As far as I can see, the working of the Korrapadu Village Secretariat is in a bad state. I went more than three times and each time I found only one person. They lack basic knowledge of their job tasks and have a poor response to people. The Village Surveyor did not take the request letter to survey the housing site and rejected it in an unprofessional manner. I can confidently state that she is unfit for the job; I believe she is distracted by YouTube videos and the passage of time, as well as disregarding her responsibilities. So I’m proposing that you eliminate those types of people immediately and replace them with someone else. Many people are eager to accomplish excellent work.
My mother went to the Village Secretariat more than 30 times and never found VAO, whether he is working or not. He did not answer the phone when I called him. I tried three or four times. Once found VAO by mother, his responsed very neglecting manner. I believe he doesn’t need this job.

Dear Village Secretary, If they aren’t working effectively, it signifies you’re not worthy or efficient enough to carry out your responsibilities.

My mother went to the Village Secretariat more than 30 times and never found VAO, whether he is working or not. He did not answer the phone when I called him. I tried three or four times. I believe he is unemployed.

Dear Village Clerk, If they aren’t working effectively, it signifies you’re not worthy or efficient enough to carry out your responsibilities.

Please take action right once to demonstrate that you are qualified for the position of Village Secretary. You take government pay to please the government and the people. Your wage is paid for by public taxes.
I am sorry to inform you that Shri Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy garu believes you are all serving the people, but you are not faithful in carrying out your tasks. This will have an impact on how people vote in the upcoming elections. Our Chief Minister has done wonderful things for the people, but they are not reaching the base level because of ineffective Village Secretaries and incompetent secretariat workers. Our Honourable Chief Minister supplied bread and butter for you and your family by providing employment opportunities. However, you are acting contrary to his good intentions and service-oriented personality. We are stanz followers of Dr YSR. Please don’t disregard to the kind-heard and loving Chief Minister Shri Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy garu.

Please take proper action immediately and solve the issue of my mother’s complaint. I am giving the details of plot
