I am from Indresham Rk Nagar road 1 Indraprastha colony , This is to inform you that today government officials Amurtha Rao sir & his team along with his personal car driver reported to our apartment Shangrila same area,
Done inspection w.r.t to meters and connections , besides the officials and driver knocked the doors in each flat in the apartment and entered into each house and inspected and enquired about tubes lights, fans, AC details
I wanted to know is this officially accepted by the electrical department that entering into flats , is this work assigned by any higher official to Armurha Rao sir as he stated that he is Division Engineer Sangareddy mandal .

After a long wait for more than 5 years I am forced to escalate and highlight the issue to the authorities regarding the voltage fluctuating in our apartment details mentioned below,
Building Name: Sai Mitra Orneta Address: Road No.3, Street No. 7, Plot No. 295, West Marredpally, Secunderabad Service No. 100198549Despite several complaints and requests over phone and in persona I have visited your office and logged the complaint to the authorities for fix the voltage fluctuating, unfortunately your authorities are providing a permanent solution, they are come and simply wasting our time and money and not providing a permanent solution, due to the voltage fluctuating some the voltage is going beyond 240VAC and or coming less than 200VAC by which all our electrical appliances are getting damaged by which we are facing severe problem. Please understand the seriousness of the issue as your staff/team are unable to fix the issue, being a state government authority the issue shall be considered with utmost urgency and resolve the problem I kindly request your good self to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action at the earliest
